The support member plan is nothing more than an exclusive plan for customers who wish to gain experience in manipulating server configurations only with a direction from the DGS Team.
After purchasing this plan, the member will be able to open new support tickets asking for help on how to configure the files and how to handle them in the best possible way so that there are no errors and or problems in their respective projects.
In this plan, the member does not have any access to our personalized package and their respective personalization.
It is also worth mentioning that when purchasing this subscription plan, the buyer agrees that there will be no refunds and / or refunds on any type of fees paid to our services.
